🎓 Training and Skill Development Programs

At Jilha Pariviksha ani Anurakshan Sanghatana, our commitment is to the holistic development and long-term rehabilitation of every child. We believe that providing practical skills and quality education is the most critical step toward ensuring they can live a life of dignity and self-respect upon leaving the institution.

We offer a range of educational, technical, and vocational training programs:

💻 Technical and Vocational Training

Our goal is to make our residents self-reliant (स्वावलंबी) by the time they reach 18 years of age.

Computer Training: We provide comprehensive computer education.

Many of our children have successfully completed the elementary computer courses.

Numerous students have successfully passed the MS-CIT examination.

Training in DTP operations is also provided.

Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Courses: We collaborate with the Women and Child Development Department and the Technical Education Department to provide job-oriented vocational training. In the 2007-2008 reporting period, courses included:

In-House Manufacturing: Children learn vocational skills by producing saleable goods, which also teaches them about enterprise and contributes to their development.

Beyond vocational skills, we focus on nurturing the children's minds and talents:

Music Education: A dedicated music department has been established with financial assistance, and students receive training in this field. The institution even secured affiliation from the Bharat Gayan Samaj, Pune, to conduct music examinations on its premises.

Arts and Creativity: Children regularly participate in state-level drawing/painting competitions.

General Education: Students receive free schooling, academic guidance, and participate in competitions like essay writing.

Character Building: Programs like Yoga, lectures, "Bal Sanskar Varg" (Children's Values Class), and meditation are regularly organized to enhance knowledge and provide recreation.

We are continually striving to update our facilities and curriculum to ensure our students are well-prepared for the future job market.
